Commercial Property Dispute Resolved

Pearson Rowe has assisted its clients in bringing to an end nearly two decades worth of a dispute in relation to water flow and drainage issues on their rural farmland site.

The dispute was with the owners of an adjoining property and has been settled on terms that allow our clients to continue with their business operations in a way that protects their own property from potential flood damage or drainage related issues in the future whilst at the same time not impacting on the operation of those business interests.

The negotiated settlement which was reached was satisfactory to all parties.
