ASDA Slipping Accident

We represented Rachel who was injured in an ASDA store after slipping on a piece of cardboard which was left discarded on the floor.

ASDA's insurance company denied liability on the basis they have a reasonable system of inspection and cleaning in place and the accident was not caused through their failing to provide the required duty of care.
