You may have read in the papers that the government is decimating Legal Aid.
Many solicitors have been axed leaving legal representation deserts in this country including Birmingham City Centre.
It will lead to a reduction in the access to justice for people, they will have to travel further to obtain any advice and the solicitors who do provide legal aid will be too busy to provide a proper service.
We don’t deal in Legal Aid, however we are able to give you a prompt and friendly service. We are able to see you immediately, there may be a higher price to pay but we can sometimes offer a discount or an agreement to pay by Standing Order.
