Brian Flint

Brian Flint1 Admitted in 1979, Brian Flint joined Pearson Rowe as a partner three years later.

With over 25 years’ experience in legal problem solving, he is dedicated to getting to the heart of problems involving commercial property, company law, civil litigation, contested wills and estates, and regulatory litigation quickly, so they can be addressed as effectively as possible.

He achieves particular satisfaction from resolving issues in a manner that achieves the client’s desired result as quickly and economically as possible, and enjoys working with people as individuals, as small firms or in a company setting.

Brian is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), is recommended by the Law Society for professional negligence cases and has experience of acting as an advocate in the civil courts.

He has also acted for the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in four interventions to close down solicitors practices, giving him the practical experience and knowledge to advise solicitors looking to wind up their firm in a proper and orderly manner.
