David Byram

David ByramFollowing over 40 years with a major clearing bank as a Senior Manager in the Private Banking Division, David joined Pearson Rowe Solicitors in 2007 specialising in making Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administering estates on behalf of executors, managing trusts and the finances on behalf of Attorneys acting under Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Rachel Callow

Rachel CallowRachel joined Pearson Rowe in 2004 and specialises in residential conveyancing. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Mike Deeley

Mike DeeleyMike was admitted as a Solicitor in 1974. Having been a partner in Silks, a well-known Black Country firm, for 20 years he moved to Pearson Rowe in 1995 to head the ever-expanding Personal Injury Department. Mike is also a Partner with the firm.

Mike is a Personal Injury lawyer specialising in the higher value cases. He is a member of both the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).

Away from the office Mike runs competitively for Halesowen, his 25 sub 3-hour marathons proving useful for running after his 5 children. He is also an acoustic guitarist appearing regularly at local folk clubs.

Michael Elliott

Michael ElliottMichael specialises in Commercial Property Law, including leasehold transactions, purchasing and selling businesses with freehold or leasehold property attached, and sales and purchase of commercial property. Michael has over 30 years experience and is a solicitor with both legal and commercial expertise. He will do all that he can to use his experience to your commercial advantage.

Michael is a former winner of The Wolverhampton Law Society's Centenary Prize. Before joining Pearson Rowe Michael was a partner with Elliott and Co.

Jodi Faulkner

Jodi FaulknerJodi specialises in Family Law. She is an Associate and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2003.

Brian Flint

Brian FlintBrian was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979 and joined Pearson Rowe as a Partner in 1981 at the invitation of the then Partners Keith Yardley and Stanley Rollins.

Brian continues to develop the commercial and private client base of the practice, which now provides legal services to companies, Partnerships, Sole Traders and Private Clients.

Away from the office Brian is a keen golfer.

Tim Giles

Tim GilesTim has over 37 years experience in the legal profession (Tim started at 19 before qualifying as a Legal Executive in 1980).

He is an advanced member of the Family Law Panel & Resolution.

Gary StorerGary is the Practice Manager. After gaining 15 years Banking Experience Gary joined the firm in 2001 with the goal to continue to develop the growth of the Practice.
