Tiger Woods Paternity Suit
Porn star Devon James has filed a paternity action against golfer Tiger Woods two days after going public with allegations he fathered her son.
Legal documents were filed asking a Judge to determine the paternity of her nine year old son Austin.
The mother has stated she kept her 2001 pregnancy and the birth of her son a secret from Woods but revealed all when her ex re connected with her when his wife Elin Nordergren was expecting their first child together.
The mother stated she decided to tell the world about Tiger’s son following his 2009 cheating scandal.
What do you do if the father of a child refuses to acknowledge he is a father and conversely what do you do if the mother claims the client is not the father of a child?
Although the above proceedings are in America the same would apply in this country in that you would have to make an application to the Court for the father, mother or child to be DNA tested.
